SELEUKID KINGS. Seleukos IV Philopator, 187-175 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 28 mm, 17.31 g, 12 h), Antiochia on the Orontes. Diademed head of Seleukos IV to right. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ - ΣΕΛYKOY Apollo seated left on omphalos, holding two arrows in his right hand and resting his left on grounded bow; to outer left, filleted palm branch above wreath; in exergue, monogram of ΔΙ. HGC 9, 580e. SC 1313.1. Excellent style and centering. Very fine.
